At what time should I leave the accommodation?

The accommodation must be left by 9 a.m.

At what time may I enter the accommodation?

The keys are guaranteed between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm.

Where should I hand over the keys of the accommodation at the check-out?

At the check-out the keys must be returned to the reception.

Is smoking allowed inside the accommodations?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.

Are barbecues allowed in the accommodations?

In the garden it is allowed to use the barbecue with charcoal or gas cylinders in compliance with current regulations. It is strictly forbidden to light fires or use the wood-fired barbecue.

Can I rent a baby bed and a high chair?

Yes, it is possible to rent a baby bed and / or high chair at the price of 3.00 euro per day for each object.

Are the accommodations equipped with towels?

No, the accommodations are not equipped with towels. It is possible to rent a set (consisting of a towel and a face towel) at a cost of 10.00 euros.

Is the final cleaning of the accommodation included in the price of the stay?

Only the ordinary cleaning is included. Remember to leave the housing unit tidy, wash the dishes and throw out the garbage. If these guidelines are not respected, 50.00 euro will be charged for extra cleaning.

The map of the Village

This map shows the Village including accommodation, pitches, toilets and emergency areas. You can find us in via Monfalcone 12, 34073 Grado (Go). You can arrive from the A4 motorway in the direction of Venice or from the A23 in the direction of Udine, then continue in the direction of Trieste. Exit at Redipuglia-Monfalcone Ovest and at the roundabouts follow the signs for Grado. Finally, follow the SP19 for 13km and you've arrived: the Village is on your left!
