Minimum 3 nights from 24/4 to 19/6 and from 4/9 to 26/9.
Minimum 7 nights from 19/6 to 4/9.
Discount 10% for stay of 15 nights till 26/6 and from 28/8 till 26/9.
Discount 10% for stay of 21 nights from 26/6 till 28/8.
Prices include: water, electricity and gas comsumptions, air conditioning,
ordinary final cleaning, weekly change of sheets, aquatic park, animation,
a beach umbrella with two sun beds at the beach.
Prices are charged 10% extra for stayings shorter than 7 nights.
Holiday units are equipped with power, hot water, lighting, gas or electric cooker,
refrigerator dishes and pans; bath and kitchen linen are not provided.
Pets are strictly not allowed.
Additional final cleaning for € 50,00 on the discretion of the Direction, if houses
would be leaved not in order.
Deposit of € 100,00 : it is given back on departure, provided no damages is checked
and the holiday house is returned in the same conditions in which it was given.

Chalet - arrival:friday 4 -7 pm / departure:friday till 9 am.
Maxi caravan-arrival:sunday 4-7 pm / departure:sunday till 9 am.
Other accomodation-arrival:saturday 4-7 pm / departure:saturday till 9 am.
Settlement: on the arrival day in cash hours (9-12 am / 4-7 pm).
Cancellation:

-from 30 till 21 days before arrival 20% of the total
-from 21 till 14 days before arrival 30% of the total
-from 14 till 7 days before arrival 50% of the total
-from 7 days till arrival 80% of the total
